Sync Recruitment Ltd approached Morris Projects to work on their new website. They had a set of specific requirements that were needed for the new website:
- Responsive Website: Sync Recruitment were looking to bring their website up to date with current trends and make it fully responsive. They wanted an easier application for candidates to apply to their roles through their website. The candidate job application was to be responsive so that candidates could apply via Mobile and Tablet devices if needed.
- Better Site SEO: Sync Recruitment wanted better SEO throughout their website. They wanted to more people to find the jobs they were posting and have more of an online presence from their website.
- Content Management System: Sync Recruitment wanted better functionality for maintaining the new website. They needed to be able to upload new jobs, update and remove jobs, change job search and manage all the website content.
Morris Projects was excited by the opportunity to work with Sync Recruitment and produced a fresh new website full of functionality.
We produced a website built on a well-known content management system allowing Sync Recruitment to manage the website. Sync Recruitment are able to manage all the website content including easily updating, adding and removing jobs as they come and fill through the business.
Morris Projects worked on the job details layout for the roles to ensure this was best shown for all devices. Below is an example job details layout.
It was important that the website was built with Search Engine Optimization in mind. The website is completely responsive and mobile friendly therefore set up to perform well in both desktop and mobile searches. With SEO in mind, the website was built to perform quickly for page speed as well as all the website functionality.
Morris Projects also ensured the application process for a job was simple and available. The application process was simple and responsive working on all devices. This meant that users on mobile, tablet and desktop devices could apply for jobs via the website.
All completed candidate applications are emailed to the team as well as being stored in the content management system. This means they can be accessed at any time in the future, emails resent and handled in a third party system if needed.
